试论电气自动化中的无功补偿技术

随着社会主义市场经济的发展以及科学技术的进步,电气自动化技术的应用越来越广泛。但在现实生活中,有很多不利的因素影响着电力系统的正常运转。因此,在电气自动化应用的过程中,将无功补偿技术应用其中,不仅可以提升电气自动化技术的经济性与安全性,而且可以减少电力浪费现象的发生。     

角速度传感器误差校正研究

某角速度传感器的输入与输出成近似线性关系,测量输出的电压值即可得到目标运动的角速度。为了提高测量的精度,通过对角速度传感器零位和灵敏度的误差进行校正,可得到更为精确的目标运动角速度。实验表明,该校正方法能有效提高角速度传感器的测量精度,有一定的实用性。

基于坚实的理论基础和丰富的数据环境,有关高管薪酬的研究在近十几年来得以迅速发展,并成为经济学、管理学等学科的重要研究领域。由本次国际金融危机引发的全球＂限薪＂浪潮,更是加深了公众对如何从公司治理层面强化企业高管薪酬治理的关注程度。文章系统梳理了国外关于公司治理机制与高管薪酬决定研究的最新成果,并对后续研究进行了展望。     

一种无功补偿技术在变电站推广应用

针对胜利油田无功现状进行了调查分析,在此基础上确定了无功补偿方案,并在110kV辛四变等变电站进行了试点,达到了预期的目的,同时取得了较好的经济效益,对电力系统动态无功补偿提供了一个很好的思路和方法。     

林业生态建设的社会经济驱动力评价:来自四川和湖北的实证

中国长期以来从事林业生态建设工程,如天然林保护工程和退耕还林工程。然而,中国的环境问题如生物多样性丧失、水土流失、沙漠化进一步恶化。该研究目的旨在从林农户视角调查林业生态建设的社会经济驱动力,基于对171林农户的调研,采用多变量回归模型,对其愿意接受补贴,从事生态环境生产进行分析。结果表明,94%的林农户愿意接受补贴,从事生态环境生产。但是,补贴高达每年每公顷6033元。计量结果进一步揭示,受教育程度越高、距离城市越远、农业收入较高,其索要的生态补贴就越高。与此相反,部分在自己地上劳作的农户和农地面积较大的农户,其索要的生态补贴就较低。     

A model of person‐pay interaction: how executives vary in their responses to compensation arrangements

A wealth of research indicates that both executive characteristics and incentive compensation affect organizational outcomes, but the literatures within these two domains have followed distinct, separate paths. Our paper provides a framework for integrating these two perspectives. We introduce a new model that specifies how executive characteristics and incentives operate in tandem to influence strategic decisions and firm performance. We then illustrate our model by portraying how executive characteristics interact with a specific type of pay instrument—stock options—to affect executive behaviors and organizational outcomes. Focusing on three individual‐level attributes (executive motives and drives, cognitive frame, and self‐confidence), we develop propositions detailing how executives will vary in their risk‐taking behaviors in response to stock options. We further argue that stock options will amplify the implications of executive ability, such that option‐heavy incentive schemes will increase the performance of talented executives but worsen the performance of low‐ability executives. Our framework and propositions are meant to provide a starting point for future theorizing and empirical testing of the interactive effects of executive characteristics and incentive compensation on strategic decisions and organizational performance. The Indexed Minimum Wage and Hotel Compensation Strategies

ABSTRACT

This paper presents the potential economic effects of an indexed state minimum hourly wage upon certain sectors of the hospitality industry. The authors report the findings of a study conducted at a luxury resort that employed action research and organization development (OD) techniques to implement a compensation strategy aimed at mitigating the effect of an indexed minimum wage. The paper concludes with implications for human resource practitioners facing challenges from rising state minimum wage levels.     

基于MATLAB的STATCOM阶梯波调制策略设计

在现代电力系统中STATCOM(静止同步补偿器)能对电力系统的无功潮流进行快速灵活的调整,从而达到提高电力系统综合稳定性的目的。文章在Matlab中搭建了基于阶梯波调制法的STATCOM的仿真模型并进行了仿真分析,阶梯波调制法是利用阶梯波逼近正弦波的原理,通过控制各个晶闸管的通断来产生相应的阶梯波,将各个H桥的阶梯波进行叠加来逼近正弦波的。

我国社会抚养费征收管理工作在制度建设、解缴入库、统筹管理、征管秩序、监督检查等方面均已取得长足进步，但仍存在征收到位率普遍偏低、管理混乱等问题。导致这些问题出现的原因是多方面的，应通过修订完善现行法规、深入宣传、改变征收管理方式、加强部门协调、强化资金管理、加大考核力度等途径不断完善社会抚养费的征收管理工作。
